We worked with Ryan Ebersole on the sale of our house and the purchase of our new build. He was a wealth of knowledge, proactive and very well organized with meeting deadlines. We were moving from west Texas to DFW and worked with Ryan E. to help us find a rent home. Because we were living 6hours away, we couldn’t make it to DFW to actually view any of the homes, so we had to put out full faith in Ryan to find us a decent home that met our “needs” and had some of our “wants” and for the right price in a decent area. Ryan was so kind and patient with us. He was incredibly timely and stayed in constant communication with us. At every house he toured for us he had us on FaceTime and/or took thorough videos of every inch of the house to make certain there were no surprises. He was straightforward and honest with us throughout the entire process. Ryan was more than willing to work at our pace and wasn’t pushy at all. By the time we found a house we liked and wanted, Ryan was on top of it! we wanted to have the lease signed ASAP so we could start planning a move date for our current landlord.
