I’m so thankful my coworker recommended Marcus to my husband and I. Marcus actually assisted with buying and selling our first home in Texas. Update to review below: It has been a few months since we purchased our home. We discovered that the title company made a mistake and did not catch the fact that this property is in a unique situation where it is taxed by 2 separate counties. I tried to deal with the situation myself and got nowhere. I reached out to Erica and she jumped right in and helped me resolve the situation which resulted in the title company paying out money for uncollected taxes during the purchase. I believe this would not have happened without Ericas assistance. She didnt try to pass the problem off to anyone else. She jumped in and fought that fight like a champ. She has proven herself time and again as not only a great person but a great realtor.Original review:We worked with Erica and from start to finish of the purchase of our new house, she was amazing. She wasnt pushy and listened to us and what we were looking for. She explained each step of the process so we knew exactly what was going on and never felt in the dark about anything. She was excellent with communication. Anytime, we had questions or needed help with something, we could reach out and she was quick to reply. There were a few issues that she wouldnt typically have to handle but she jumped right in and helped move the process forward. Eric is a kind and nice person. She has a lot of patience and takes time to review, discuss, and explain info to her customers. Also, you can call her at short notice and she would be right there waiting for you. Anytime you called or texted, she would respond immediately. Her communication with the buyer was great and she would always attempt to communicate with the seller; even though, they would not respond back, she still stayed on top of things. I would refer her to anyone, a season veteran or a first time home buyer. 5 star!!! -

Stacy Weber was wonderful. We saw a house on a whim that sparked our interest. When that interest became a definite want, we had a whirlwind experience getting our house prepped and ready to sell, all the while purchasing the new house. Stacy stepped up and made the entire experience so much easier. She made the purchase of the new house so simple, that I was just anticipating something to happen to make it difficult, and that never happened. Then in selling our house right as school was going back into session, we were worried it would take a long time.
