    This is our first home we bought and we also relocated from a different state. Glenda Gutierrez was a DREAM to work with. Everything was smooth sailing, efficient and precise communication, pictures, paperwork, you name it she was on it. We were worried about the stress from relocating and they made the process so quick and easy but she was a professional lovely person and put up with my obnoxious texts, calls and ramblings. Highly recommend!

    Heidi did great job of selling property that was part of an estate. The paperwork was 3 times the work since there was three family members but she was very patient with us since we all have different schedules. This sell was all done remote none of us lived in the area, did not really know the area, nor anyone in the area but we found Heidi is definitely someone that you can trust to handle everything for you.

    Tom brautigan is highly recommended Real Estate agent from our experience.First off I was an out of state Buyer and buying a historical home so this made the purchase so much more challenging than normal.Tom and his entire team were excellent at getting back to me so quick and all times of the day and night.     I worked with Glenda to sell my house in Killeen. She was a saint while working with me in CA and the tenants in the house. She answered every question I asked and even some I hadnt. She responded to the tenants requests to not interrupt their kids schedules. The house went live on Friday and was under contract on Monday evening. Awesome job.We then submitted an offer to purchase another house and when we were out bid on that one Glenda seamlessly switched to my second choice and lining up financing and a handyman to deal with minor repairs.     I worked with both Tracey and Heidi when buying my new home. Given the current market it was necessary to view properties straight away and make a quick offer. Tracey was able to show all the properties I wanted to see and put together the offers quickly so I wouldnt miss out. In the event that she was already booked, Heidi was able to arrange for another realtor to show properties. Even though everything was very competitive and time-sensitive neither Tracey nor Heidi was pushy about making an offer, which I appreciated. Tracey answered all of my many questions and was able to help with a lease-back situation. Everything went smoothly, and I had no issues.

It was the easiest weve EVER experienced -- from giving us advice on staging and pricing, to negotiating with the buyers, to all the paperwork involved -- it was quick, smooth and seamless!     Working with Heidi was the best decision we made when it came to finding our first home. After initially getting burned out trying to find a house in the post-COVID central Texas market, my wife and I thought we would be stuck in an apartment forever. Some relatives suggested Heidi to us, and on day one she got to work to make our dreams come true. We released our other realtor, and she did the rest. From setting up appointments with builders in our area, handling negotiations and correspondence with them, and finally walking into the title company with us on closing day, she was there every step of the way. Aside from her professionalism and drive, she is extremely friendly and approachable, too!     Coby Sodek & his assistant Josie are literally everything you want, need and dont even know that you want and need in a realty team. I initially spoke to Coby briefly, let him know what I wanted, where and what price range and we got to view a handful of houses within a few days. He did such a good job matching up what we were looking for, we put a bid on the last house we saw and it got accepted.I should have went with whicheverlocal mortgage lender Coby suggested to try to work with vs thinking I was in good hands with Veterans United.Yes, they offered a great rate but completely abandoned us. Like, I never spoke to my lender on the phone even once. Kobe and Josie were not only doing the regular realtor stuff, they very much picked up the slack for everything the lender was supposed to be doing/explaining and even helped us hassle them to get some type of response back and make sure all the necessary corrections were done. This was our first home. They had to break everything down for us and explained everything and even though Im sure it got annoying, they not once made us feel like a burden.If it wasnt for them, we would probably have backed out of the by deal early on. We trust them and anything they recommend going forward.Were an army family and move every few years so we look forward to working with them again in the future when we sell this house and hopefully theyll be able to help us get her next one too. Do not hesitate, go with this team. I recommend them to everyone I know.

    Brautigan Realty was a great company to work with. We were specifically blessed to be able to work with Tyler... Tyler worked with us tirelessly for approximately one year.We first worked with him while we were out of state looking for property. Tyler personally contacted and or physically went to property we found on web cites. In many cases at that time, propertys sold or went under contract very quickly. Tyler assured us he would find us our new home in Texas.We eventually moved to Texas staying in an apartment.We were able to focus our energy on a new build in a new subdivision. Tyler worked with us every step of the way. He on several occasions found minor issues that would have never been seen or found by us.So, in a nut shell...     I worked with Carissa Chandler while searching for my new home.Our list of needs for a home was specific, and my wife and my preferences on a home: other than cookie-cutter homes (still beautiful, but not our style).Carissa took the time to discuss homes on the market and discuss with us our needs in a home. She took the time to sift through the market and cherry-pick the ones she thought might be the one. She allowed us plenty of time at showings to feel each house and imagine our stuff in it. Some of them were immediate nos and she had no problem just closing the door right then and there.She showed us homes all over her area, from Killeen to Temple to Belton, and showed us digital listings at an even wider range.
