    My daughter was looking for a home in the Forney, TX area. With her work schedule and deadline requirements for finding a place, I had to meet with her agent (Brandon) several times. The search originally started with a rental in case closing on a home purchase didn’t meet the deadline. Even though there was no commission for Brandon, he was willing to meet multiple times to help with that search. He not only spent time, but also resources to try to make sure that she found a place. While this search was ongoing, a home purchase opportunity became available. With the same deadline constraints, Brandon and his team exceeded expectations by expediting the closing process and working to make sure the terms of the deal worked in her favor. Today she has moved in to a new beautiful home and our family is looking forward to many holiday and family gatherings in the future.     It was a pleasure working with Brandon, he was very knowledgeable, professional and personal.I bought a new build home, so during the 6 months that it took to build the home, Brandon was always there, giving me updates.Brandon made himself available, and always responded to my numerous calls, texts and emails.Brandon was very personal and went above and beyond assisting me, because I know I got on his nerves! 😕Brandon was there via FaceTime during my three hour design center appointment; he sad that he wanted to make sure that Iwasn’t charged for a helicopter pad. 😆I moved from California to Texas and I didn’t know the names of the utility companies , so he assisted me with having the utilities turned on.This guy is like family, and I thank God for him.

    Brandon Yates, sold me my first home and it was nothing but positive. He literally held my hand through the entire process. Brandon set me up with a home inspector which saved me $200.00 for the inspection by using Brandons name. Brandon, also introduced me to Brian Mccoy for my home and car insurance bundle, which saved me an additional several hundred dollars! Brandon was always available very knowledgeable and looked at many homes with me. He said he would hold my hand through the whole process and even help me with my homestead application!
