Leslie and Mason have done a fantastic job managing my property. Any maintenance issues were taken care of quickly, and the renters needs were always taken care of. I never really had anything to worry about. I would recommend Boswell and Associates to anyone.

If I could give them 6 stars I would! I do not live in the Midland area. Mason was my point of contact and the person who ensured I had a peace of mind that my property, and tenants, would be taken care of. I NEVER encountered any issues because Boswell and Associates went above and beyond.I could go on and on about how wonderful the past few years have been working with this company. Mason and Boswell always had my best interest in mind. To expand on this point, Mason called to let me know if I wanted to sell the market in the area was prime for selling. I was able to sell my property and once again had a complete peace of mind that I didn’t have to worry about the process!Thank you Mason and Boswell for taking care of me, my interest, and my property!

Boswell and Associates found tenants for my apartment rental in a short period of time and knew the right pricing parameters for the area. They addressed needed repairs for my property, which included a new HVAC system, and provided pictures and a detailed billing statement for the repair. I highly recommend Boswell and Associates to all rental investment owners.
