I’ve known CB for many years as we were once co-workers and had developed a friendship outside of work. CB was always a friendly guy and it’s been amazing to see his growth over the years from apartment locator to Broker! In the past I’ve sent him referrals for friends looking to find apartments and we always kept in touch with each other occasionally checking in.Our most recent check in, I let him know I was finally ready to purchase a home. He immediately set up time to gather details and got to work. My timeline was aggressive and of course I’m picky but he accepted the challenge. After looking at many homes across multiple cities and him making time around my schedule we finally landed on my home. He also provided me with complimentary moving which was definitely a life saver on my pockets!CB was amazing in addressing all my concerns and guiding me through the process. They set up the tours for me and reached out to the apartment management companies on my behalf, too. They were super professional, supportive and communicative and I’m obsessed with my new place! The group hooks you up with a free 2 hour move as a thank you for using their services (which are free to use) and that’s an all around incredible deal.
