To be honest, Bob and his team are simply the best. We have used him for several transactions and now my entire extended family uses his team. You can be confident that he is on top of everything and he also does a great job of building relationships with other realtors so that you can have a better chance of getting that home of your dreams. First let me Thank Bob & his team for the wonderful way they took care of us throughout the selling process of our home. We had to do everything long distance. Which was very scary for us. Bob & his team were with us every step of the way even though we were in West Virginia. Bob is such a blessing to us. Selling our house was about as stress free as it could be. We first met Bob when we were searching for a realtor to help us buy our first home. We didn’t know anything about the home buying process and Bob went above and beyond to educate us every step of the way. We had tons of questions and different scenarios we needed advice on. He provided us with multiple options and support along the way. We found a house and he was able to negotiate a great deal and close quickly. Once we were ready to upgrade we reached back out to him and he was able to explain the selling process and again answer all of our questions. Bob has been along side us for 3 reality transactions and truly seems to be on our team not just trying to get a sale like some Realtors.

My personal experience with Bob Dillon Brokerage Group was phenomenal. I found a reccomendation from a Facebook group & after inquiring with Bob he insisted on meeting in person. Once my husband & I met with him we knew he was the guy to help us with our first home purchase. We were first time homebuyers that only had a little downpayment to work with & needed help finding the perfect home for our growing family within our price range. Bob exceeded our expectations with professionalism, knowledge & friendliness. He set us up with the best finance people (shout out to Marc Starr). Him & Marc are a dream team. We had a terrible experience with a realtor & lender previous to these guys & they truly changed our lives. They helped us with every step of the process & it was so easy with them. They treated us so well & truly cared about our best interest. We still keep in touch because that’s how personable Bob is. I’ve reccomended so many people to his brokerage because he’s honest.
