Eason Dowden showed us exactly what we were looking for he helped us unfortunately our Jeep went out and he drove us to a place to park and then stopped off at a mechanic shop tried to call rental cars tow trucks everything and this is after spending hours with us at property if youre going to buy property up and around the area of Toledo Bend, I would recommend no one else but Mr Dowden. So far he is the only realtor that when we ask for water Frontage its actually there. the staff the commitment his commitment to us was over and above and beyond anybody that we have ever dealt with and we will continue to use Mr. Eason Dowden in the future!!

We spent a most delightful past weekend at the Rogers Lake House located at 140 Turner Creek Road in Many, Louisiana. The amenities, such as the boat launch, the wharf, the peaceful back deck with very adequate and comfortable outdoor seating was most impressive. The decor of the home was absolutely precious and upon entering, provided a welcome sense of comfort and peace. The property owner personally dropped by to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our stay. If you want a nice place on the lake please rent a place from bo dowden! We had a wonderful time and a beautiful view of the lake
