Dan has been the most amazing agent to work with! We worked with him for about 6 months before we found the property we purchased. We looked at SO MANY. He never got tired of our numerous questions. He was EXTREMELY GOOD at communication. With information and response times. Even on weekends he got back with me almost immediately. He went above and beyond in every aspect of everything we ever asked of him. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and very honest. I would recommend him to anyone looking in the area he services. If we ever need an agent or a broker (as he will soon be a licensed broker) he will definitely be the person I call. I just can not say enough good things about him.

Dan Brunner, he is amazing! We have bought property with him being our realtor and we sold property (today) with him as our realtor. Both experiences were amazing. He is so thorough. His response time is immaculate. I love his honesty and integrity. His knowledge base is well rounded and if an issue or question arises he is going to find the solution or answer as quickly as possible. Before I had committed to working with Dan and his company, he took time to educate and guide me on an investment property. I have know Dan for more than 30 years. I can state without any hesitation that anything Dan puts his mind to do, he excels in. After moving away from Texas I needed to sell my home in Fort Worth. I knew Dan had become a realtor and contacted him to be my agent. The thought of using anyone else never crossed my mind. He earned my trust many years ago and has never, never, done anything to damage that trust. Dan handled everything fast and efficiently. My property was sold quickly and for more than I had expected. If you are in the need of a home to buy or sell, Dan is your guy and I will tell you why. He provided marketing Ive not had before in previous home sales in TX. He used social media sites in addition to the MLS and then provided a regular statistical analysis of the hits/results. We only had to lower the price once and it was fair. He is on his game and I appreciate the good communication during the process.
