She didnt just list our house, she coordinated and directed all the necessary improvements after we had moved out and were long gone out of Austin. Audrey quickly sold my house - well above the asking price and within days of the listing. We had many competing offers. She really turned it around after another realtor had struggled to sell my house. She helped me thoroughly with every step of the process, with great suggestions that made the house shine like a new model home. She made it feel like an easy process. She helped prioritize possible improvements to minimize cost and maximize the effect, and even recommended professionals and set up appointments for me. She did a wonderful job with staging, and visited several times to make sure it was just right. I trusted that I could move out of state to my new home before the open house because everything was in good hands. (And I was right.) Audrey knows what shes doing and will make selling or buying as easy and successful as it can be.

Sarah Schoenfelder Harrison is AMAZING to work with! My wife and I are repeat customers, which could be a strong endorsement in and of itself. Sarah helped us find our first home when we moved to Austin in 2013, and then she was able to take an overwhelming process and make it simple and painless. So when we decided to move again this year, we called Sarah to list our home and help us find our new dream home. I could go on and on about all the great things Sarah did throughout the process, but Ill try to keep it relatively brief. The fact is, our home sold in 4 days for our full asking price. Despite many hurdles with the sale process, Sarah was always there to advise us how to handle each difficult situation. The morning of our closing, Sarah showed up, food in hand, and started helping pack the last few items in our kitchen. She was truly there from start to finish. We really enjoyed working with Sarah Schoenfelder at Blairfield Realty. My family and I recently decided to move to Austin from San Francisco and were introduced to Sarah through a friend of a friend. This was our first home purchase, so we weren’t sure what to expect. And we really needed someone we trusted to lead the way since we were buying remotely. We definitely wouldn’t be where we are today (homeowners in Austin!) without Sarah, and we are extremely grateful.We quickly developed an implicit trust for Sarah (even though we had never met in person) because of how comfortable and confident we felt in her care. She is extremely smart and has expert knowledge of the home buying industry/process. She worked hard on our behalf and shared her tremendous network (including our mortgage lender, who we love) to be sure we had the best resources at our fingertips as we navigated the unfamiliar home purchase process from 1800 miles away.Despite having a young family, Sarah made herself available to us at all hours via text message, phone, email, etc and even took us on FaceTime video tours of several houses since we weren’t able to visit in-person. She ticked and tied every detail, and encouraged us to make decisions that were in our best interest (for example: she found us an old survey and saved us $3K getting a new one, she helped guide us in making our offer stand out among the multiple offers on the table, etc). She was extremely responsive throughout the entire process and was sure we (and the third party partners we were working with) all met our deadlines to close on time. She even helped wrangle our two little kids for an hour and a half during closing since we were in transit and didn’t have child care.To say Sarah went above and beyond to help us find our perfect first home is an understatement. I now think of her as a personal friend, plan to work with her again in the future, and would eagerly recommend her to anyone moving to the Austin area.

During the home buying process, she patiently helped us with our 6-month search until we found our gem of a house in our target neighborhood. Once we zeroed in on the home, she quickly helped us get under contract within two days of it being on the market, while other potential buyers hoped for our deal to fall through. Extremely patient, she walked me through many homes and was able to offer great insight on renovation ideas and help me visualize the potential of each space.Withs Donna help, I was able to snatch a gem off the market the day it was listed and strategically handle a bidding war and win. Sarah helped us find and secure our first home purchase in Austin after moving from overseas. We had been renting for over a year (Sarah helped us find our rental too) so knew the city quite well but knew nothing about the housing market.Sarahs extensive knowledge of the Austin market and which areas of the city were family friendly really helped us narrow down our search. We viewed almost 15 houses with her over a period of 6 weeks and each time she listened to our feedback and suggested properties that might be of interest or other areas to search in.Throughout the whole process Sarah was very responsive to messages and calls and worked round our schedule for viewings with our young family.When we finally found the perfect house Sarah helped us put in an offer that turned out to be really well positioned and then worked through all of the negotiation on the contract including a few repairs to the property.I dont think Sarah could have done any more to make the process easy for us and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for property in the Austin area.

When a house that I wanted became available, Sarah provided a quick turnaround in a competitive negotiation (multiple offers, 2 backup offers). The house needed extensive repairs. Sarah set up the inspection and several contractor meetings to get me comfortable with the repairs including the time and expense required.In these times of so much information on the internet – the internet can’t provide the local market know-how Sarah provides. I very happy with the home purchase and thankful for Sarah’s assistance.

Sarah Schoenfelder Harrison is truly a gem within the multitude of real estate agents out there in Austin. Over our two years + of working with her, shes shown passion, perseverance, and an incredible drive to make sure we never wanted for anything.My husband and I first met Sarah when we were brand new to Austin. Looking for an immediate change, we had just a few weeks to find a rental in Austin. She took over the search for us and showed us every available home rental in Travis Heights and Bouldin Creek that came up. Without much time, she still found us a large home to operate our business from, a large yard for our dog, and a location in our ideal area of Bouldin Creek. She even helped us negotiate the price down with the upgrades necessary for us to move in (new carpets, stairs - dont ask -, paint, etc). We were thrilled.Fast forward a year later. John and I knew we were in love with Austin and wanted our own home. Newly engaged, we contacted Sarah immediately and started our search. She was wonderful to educate us on what we could get in our budget and got started right away with sending us homes to critique so she could know our exact style. We only came with one major caveat : find us a home only in Bouldin Creek, preferably between Barton Springs and Mary but no farther than Oltorf. We laugh about this with friends, but Sarah didnt even bat an eye even though wed given her about a 10x4 block area to find us our dream home. Im pretty sure we looked at every house that came up for sale over the full year it took us to find our perfect home. She didnt question at all when we took a few months off when we were overwhelmed with the wedding, still keeping an eye out for that dream home, and when we came back ready to look again, she started off like we never left.Then a month later we found it: A brand new home in the perfect location, just in the beginning stages of being built. We had traveled to Santa Monica for work and even though a full price offer was already on the table, Sarah sold the sellers on us and our story, pulled up the necessary contracts in less than a day and had us signed and negotiated for a purchase before we were even back in Austin. She even negotiated time for us to see the home when we got back and talk to the sellers with a good faith cancellation period since we were not in town. Id love to say all the process was easy over the next six months in building the house and getting what we wanted, but being first time home buyers we were easily overwhelmed with false promises and the process of buying. But Sarah became our Bulldog, fighting and negotiating for anything and everything we wanted and standing up for us when we didnt know how. She made sure we were treated fairly and came out on top.Today we are finally all moved into our dream home. We are so incredibly happy here and only have Sarah to thank for it. Weve faced a few road bumps even after the closing, but Sarah has continued to go to bat for us. She has given me recommendations on everyone from landscape to plumbing to painting, and is always the quickest to offer up a kind word and check in on the progress of anything going on. Working with Sarah was a true joy and I can honestly say she became a friend in our journey to home ownership. You will not find a canned real estate agent with Sarah. She will work tirelessly on your behalf with only a smile on her face and joy in her heart. Thank you Sarah for finding us our forever home. John. Larry, and I couldnt be happier.
