    Gaynell was absolutely amazing. She was very honest and straight forward and didnt try to hide or sugar coat anything. She gave us honest answers to all our questions and didnt try to appease us just to get a sale.     Tye went out of his way to help me when I was looking for my house in Katy. He was able to set up viewings within 24 hours and come into town to show me the house.
