Before i worked with Blackshear Realty, I did a detailed research, reviewing dozens of companies, i think hundreds of feedbacks and i am confident after everything that THEY ARE THE BEST . I was working with Timothy and Tye. They did everything and even more. Their commitment is exceptional and always do an extra mile. Super reliable team! I felt they were on top of everything! Additionally Timothy has huge experience with home improvements and how to do work around a house. He could point out important details with the house and gave excellent advices.I feel myself lucky that I found them and had a chance to work with them.The way how we visited our house for the first time is a great example how dedicated they are.I received the email with new houses at 4 am Saturday. 5 30 AM I sent a text message to Timothy. He was on vacation so he contacted Tye around 6 am. Then I got a message from Tye at 6 50 AM to meet at the house at 8 20 am. We could be the first to visit the house. Before the meeting he did a review on it and already could answer all of our questions. During the offer process we had to compete 4 others. Tye and Timothy did a market analysis and gave their insight on the price. Well their analysis was perfect!!! The appraisal was LESS THAN 1%!!!!!!! different. I could not imagine better support during the whole negotiation. They handled every challenge and helped me to make this journey as easy as possible. After all we could close the house.All those little nuances, help , support what they gave are UNIQUE!!They are on top of every aspect ! Huge experience!I believe they are exceptional and extremely recommended. They gave me such advices that others could not for sure. Such a good people. It was a pleasure working with them and find our dream home.

I have bought and sold a few houses and dealt with lots of real estate agencies, but have never experienced the professionalism, care and and amazing service that Blackshear Realty offers. They were quick to respond to emails, texts and phone calls. During showings, they were on time every time. They were never forceful but work with you by providing you with the necessary information to make an informed decision. Even when youve closed on a house, they dont just leave you and head for the hills. No, they stay with you, helping you in any way possible to make that transition smooth. I am really grateful to have met these guys and will certainly be recommending them to any person who wants to buy or sell a home.

Tye was amazing! My fiancé and I are first time home buyers and neither of us are originally from Houston. Not only did Tye research the areas we wanted to be, he went over and beyond for houses we wanted to buy. There was a house that we got a little too excited about near the med center without inquiring more (it’s our first time, we didn’t know any better). He reviewed the inspection report himself in detail and found some things that were concerning in regards to the plumbing and the foundation. He called the plumbers on a weekend to get clarification and the extra information ultimately helped us in our decision.He helped us find a fantastic house that we absolutely love and always made sure we were making the right decision without feeling pressured from other parties.Tye is not out there to make a quick buck. He is patient and thorough and he will take great care of you.

Tye went above and beyond for us. He always seemed to be one step ahead, anticipating our concerns and questions before we even articulated them. We never doubted that he had our best interest in mind, which gave us such confidence and peace during the entire buying process. Having had realtors in the past that were less than stellar, I can say that Tye has raised our expectations as to what a good realtor should do.As my husband transitioned out of the military and into the civilian business sector we experienced a lot of stress and anxiety, but Tye is so capable, helpful and motivated that we never once worried about buying this house. He was such an amazing advocate for us. We knew he would take care of everything, and he did. We will absolutely go to Tye if and when we sell this house and we strongly recommend him to anyone in need of a great realtor!

So we started with Tye back in December of 2017. Along the way we looked at over 15 houses all over the Houston area and Tye always did his best to be there to view the home. So after 3 different contracts we decided to take a year off from house searching. After which we made sure to get Tye back with us for our 4th and final contract. Even after all the ups and down driving all over the place Tye was still there to help us being very professional and helpful. He also helped negotiate a few items for the builder to Include which previously they refused. After everything my wife and I were very happy with Tye and the help he gave to our family to find our home. I would definitely recommend Tye for any new home purchase. He will have our business in the future!
