We have had our fair share of real estate agents and Brittney with BK Real Estate is by far the best agent to represent us in the sale and purchase of our homes. She has an investment mindset that sets her apart from most agents that just list and show homes. What I love most about her is how she communicates and always makes herself available day or night. She helped me acquire a couple of investment properties (and hopefully more in the future), and helped my daughter, a first-time homebuyer, acquire her condo. That process was frustrating because of issues with the HOA documents, but Brittney remained engaged and did whatever she needed to ensure that my daughter could get to closing. I highly recommend Brittney and her team! -

Brittney helped us sell my moms house during tricky times. We were apprehensive due to low inventory and high interest rates driving buyers out of the market. But Brittney found a buyer within just a couple of weeks of listing! There was a little glitch at closing (not Brittneys fault), but her team discovered the issue and worked diligently to get the issue fixed FAST; closing fully funded on the same day! And it even gets better... My sister was also selling a house at the same time, but not getting anywhere with the (discount) broker she was using. I suggested that she give Brittney a try, and shes glad she did: In like fashion, Brittney found a buyer and it was sold just a few weeks later! Woohoo! -
