Susie is the best Realtor in the DFW. She speaks Laos and helped me with the purchase of my first home. She assisted with my finances to start the homebuying process before we even look at homes. When I was ready with the purchase, she was ready to take me to several locations, interacted with everyone in the process and made it a smooth process. It was hard for me to understand the process since I do not speak much English, but her translation and making me feel comfortable of the process was a great experience. I am excited to own my first home in USA!

What an amazing experience!! We had been in the same house for 20+ years. We are retired and were intimated by the process and unsure about what the next steps needed to be. Bernh took such amazing care of us. She was extremely patient, so kind, and very thorough. Her attention to detail is impeccable. We have used other realtors in the past and visited with several and are so thrilled we decided to use her. Her knowledge about the industry is so deep and shes so eager to share that with her clients.She was so good about addressing any sort of issues before they even became an issue. I was so amazed of how they did things differently. Ms. Bernh helped us with the sale of our home. We cant say enough about how truly awesome she is. From the moment we met we decided she was the one who was going to sell our home. Going into it we were afraid of being homeless. She assured us that people buy and sell home simultaneously all the time. She was able to creatively put together an offer for us on our purchase, not have to include a contingency in the sale of our house, and was able to get us into the home without us having to move out, put stuff in storage, or be displaced. We are SO thankful she was so knowledgable about the process and was able to walk us through it every step of the way. She made us feel comfortable, assured, confident everything was going to work out. If we ever decide to move, buy or sell again, Bernh Luna and Biggs Realty will be our first and only choice!

My husband and I decided to take the plunge and find a bigger home. We were super picky, and somewhat high maintenance, we knew the market was tough, and realtors are beyond busy - I didn’t know how we would manage finding a home, seeing it and getting an offer in as fast as we could to even have a shot! That’s where Biggs Realty saved the day! Our agent, Bernh was phenomenal. She set up a listing notification for us (changing it multiple times when we would decide on a new city), and we felt like we had an edge any time a home came up for sale! She listened to our needs and wants and found the perfect home for our family. The home we chose hit the market at 9am on a Saturday - Bernh had us in the home by 10:30, and got an offer submitted that evening. I could believe it! She coached us through the offer process and what would give us the highest chance of winning the bid. She nailed it! Not only did we get the home of our dreams but she guided our offer so perfectly with the market, the appraisal came in above our offering price! WOW! Bernh has made this such an easy experience. Available, knowledgeable, transparent and supportive. Those are qualities you don’t see in real estate much these days.... we experienced all of that and more with Bernh. We are using her services for the sale of our home and we couldn’t be more relaxed knowing she’s by our side!

Jacob Davis is the reason we love Biggs Realty. I contacted several Realtors all over Texas and Jacob Davis is the only one that responded immediately. Jacob kept in contact morning, noon, and night. Jacob Davis has OUTSTANDING communication skills. He literally found our ranch in less than a week. I gave him a description of what we wanted and he only showed me properties that matched my description. Its like he could read my mind, lol. No, he just listens and truly cares (so rare these days). We only looked at one property out of 40 great matches, then immediately put a contract on it. My husband and I have used many Realtors in the past, and not one of them were in constant communication like Jacob. Thank you, Jacob! We will recommend you to everyone we know!
