We have bought, sold, moved many times in our lifetime… Bethany is one of the two best realtors I have ever had the pleasure to work with…. We looked at many houses, 55 to be exact… made offers on some, withdrew offers, got beat on some, . Even had a house under contract and a cash offer kicked us out! We were house hunting from 2 hours away so we needed a top notch realtor who wouldn’t waste our time and get things done! Imagine finding a realtor that will bulldog the market while simultaneously answering all of the god awful new homebuyer questions you’re, undoubtedly, going to ask. Look no further, you’ve found her. Bethany took our strict buying standards and operated within the confines of an almost impossible budget, and fostered a deal that we in fact made money on. You heard me, we made money on our first home investment right off the bat. Not only that, she was educated in the local and newest trending market research to the point that she chose to work for the best networking real estate company in east Texas, Loblolly properties. She is tier 1, bar none, will walk through the mud in heels to get you a home you love. My wife and I were very fortunate to have someone that clicked so well with our personalities. We were on the same page the entire process. We will use no other realtor, no exceptions. So if she ever stops working in real estate, I guess we’ll just have to sit around twiddling our thumbs until she starts again.

Bethany is competent, principled and reliable. And bonus - she is personable and pleasant! I completely trusted her with the largest transaction of my life.
