Yuri was the best landlord Ive ever had! He is one of the most honest, straight forward, attentive, and fair people Ive ever met.We passed by our house while it was in the midst of being flipped, and called the number on the for rent sign and promptly had a date scheduled to tour the house within the week. The rent was very fair, in fact on the cheap side for the market, and we were sold immediately. I remember Yuri being very friendly, warm, and up front about every part of the tour and into signing our lease.About a year into living here we noticed that the foundation was off a bit, and within days he had an entire crew over to relevel the house. Any time we had some kind of work that needed done at the house he was very quick to have people out to take care of it. Hes not like other landlords that just put duct tape over it and call it a day, he does things right.Another year into renting, he let us know that he was planning to make a large purchase for a new rental property, and had decided to sell some properties and asked if we were interested in buying our house. We made a deal that worked well for both parties, no fine print, no catches, and were now owners of the property!We couldnt be happier, and we have only good things to say about Yuri.Thank you Yuri!

Yuri was an incredible landlord during our time renting one of his Denton properties. He’s responsive, honest, fair, extremely helpful and just a good guy all around. When I was ready to move out he encouraged me to buy a house instead of renting again and helped me through the process. I’m now a homeowner and wouldn’t be one right now without him. Yuri was not only a good landlord, he’s also now a good friend.

Yuri is easy to work with and has a closing team of professionals. Only took two weeks to complete the sale of our home and Yuri covered all the costs. If it’s time to sell your home or rental property, I’d give him a call first!

Great Landlord! Took careful of everything I ever needed. Was very attentive. Unfortunately had to move to help my dad, but I would definitely rent from again.
