We had our house listed for almost a year with another realtor who came highly recommended and we genuinely liked. We finally realized after very little activity and no movement we needed to switch gears and try a fresh approach. Trying to research on our own with limited contacts in the area we noticed Benjamin’s listings and profile and reached out. It was safe to say we were very impressed and optimistic after talking with him. Full disclosure…it was a vacant rental property that unbeknownst to us was neglected. He offered some great ideas and was more than willing to listen to our input. Ultimately he cleaned, prepped and staged the home for professional photos and offered his honest concerns of things that needed to be addressed to give it the best chance for success which included paint touch up, HVAC and plumbing maintenance, and updating the electrical. We could not have done it without him and his team. He provided detailed quotes and even offered extra bids to make sure we were getting quality work done at a fair value. For all the realtors that make a substantial commission for filling out a few documents he went above and beyond and earned every penny. Thank you for your hard work, expertise, and patience.

Benjamin was probably our best case scenario realtor for moving to TX! My husband and I are military and got orders to TX while we still lived across the country in VA. We contacted Benjamin to help us purchase a home out in TX before we made the big move so that we’d have a home to go to. Benjamin made the home buying process extremely easy, even though we were house hunting entirely virtually. Every address of interest we sent his way, Benjamin was on sight to take videos of the house that same day. He was very thorough in the videos, making it seem as if we were walking through the houses ourselves. He mentioned that he has not sold virtually for military too much in the past, but made it seem as if that was his primary specialty as our realtor. Once my husband and I arrived to our new home, it exceeded expectations… the house was so much better than I could’ve imagined. I would recommend his agency to anyone. He truly helped us find our perfect home across the country!

We love working with Benjamin and his team. They’re helpful, easy to get ahold of, and always ready to answer our questions while also being laid-back and making the buying/selling process entirely non-intimidating.Some realtors are still taking photos on their point and shoot camera, but Benjamin uses high-quality photo and video along with smart marketing. After receiving multiple offers, our house sold in just a couple of days. He also helped us get a great deal on our new home! He’s a great negotiator and we could always tell he was in our court.It makes such a big difference to work with someone you can trust, and we would definitely recommend these guys.
