I have bought and sold several houses and Ben and Alex were by the far the best agents I have ever dealt with. They are extremely proactive which puts you in the best position to both buy and sell a house. The marketing campaign they put together generated significant interest in my home ahead of the home even listing and generated over 20 showings in the first two days allowing the home to go under contract even before the first weekend of showings was over for more than asking price. Their knowledge of the market allowed the home to be priced perfectly to optimize both buyers interest and the sales prices. They also helped me buy a new home in a competitive market and managed the sales contracts such that there was no gap in time between when I sold my current home and was able to move into the new one.
