I can not say enough good things about our experience with Beaver Real Estate! From the first time we met with Matt and Kenny, we knew they truly had our best interest at heart. Communication was top priority for them, we always knew what to expect and when. If we had questions, texts and phone calls were answered immediately no matter what time it was. Terri’s staging our house for pictures and showings was absolutely gorgeous!!! The pictures were amazing for the listing, as well as the virtual tour video!! Kenny, Terri and Matt made us feel as if we were their only client ( I know we were not ) !!! We received feedback on each showing. Wow. Thats all I can say about Beaver Real Estate Group. My family is still renting as we are making big life changes and with two young kids and the market being what it is, we decided to use an agent. First, we were working with Amy, who was so helpful and patient with us as we were a little unsure about the area we wanted to be in. As weeks went by, Amy wasnt going to have the availability that matched with ours so we got the chance to work with Caitlyn and I simply CANNOT say enough about her. Is it cool to love your real estate agent? Well I love Renee Beaver at Beaver Real Estate Group. I’ve worked with Renee several times for different real estate needs but this most recent was for us a new home. Renee is great at figuring out what I/we liked and wanted in a new home and narrowed down the list to the best fit. However, I did go off the deep end a few times and thought I wanted to down size even smaller, and in good stride she showed me several options she knew I would like. When we did find the one we liked, Renee was right there pointing out any possible concerns, asking all kinds of questions and negotiating extra on the closing cost. Renee is a delight to work with and I would dare to say we’ve become friends. I would recommend her and her team whether you need help buying, renting or even leasing out a rental property, they do it all. Shout out to her Husband Matt for his insight and advice on some of our concerns, he’s a cool dude.

I just came to say that Brooke with Beaver Real Estate is so awesome at what she does. My husband and I met Brooke back in Feb 23 at an open house. We werent necessarily looking to buy at the time..just checking out different areas that we were interested in. We took her information and told her that wed be in touch with her late summer. She gave us some information for listings and told us to keep our eyes open. Im so glad that she did. By June, we had decided what area we would like to live in. In July, we were ready to start physically looking at potential houses. Anytime that we contacted Brooke about showing us a house she was always available! We lived pretty far from the area so shed show us at least 2-3 houses at a time with no issues. She answered all questions that we had during the process. In August, we finally found a new build in a new community that we fell in love with. We came across a few hurdles along the way but Brooke handled them all with great professionalism! There were a few times that we were ready to give up but she made sure that things were fair and represented us so well! We couldnt ask for a better realtor!
