Like the apartment I live in now. Its a good cozy place for $470 a month for a year lease plus I pay for electric with usually comes to about $50 a month. Very friendly company to do business with. Plus their maintenance works really hard to fix whatever problem occurs when you request it.

My husband and I lived in the apartments on Church Street! They are tiny apartments but we moved into a 660 sq ft apartment now and are calling the Church st apartment our Mary Poppins apartment because magically everything fit so perfectly in the small space and not as well in our bigger apartment! We LOVED the apartments and Barnett and Hill! The staff is always really nice even though I only talked to them a few times because we never had any problems with our apartment! The apartment is so cute, safe, quite and perfect for students at ACU! Leasing and fees are easy and straight foreward and you don’t feel like you are being tricked like in other apartments! We would transport those apartments to our new city if we could!

A friend of mine just went through a serious lawsuit worthy issue with a roommate that bailed, and Barnett and Hill has given her a wonderful range of options to help get her moved out and worked out an awesome deal for her break-lease, even though it isnt her fault.
