Ive know Gary since the early days of my career when he was instrumental in supporting my goals and have followed him as he changed careers to real estate. Its no surprise to me that he and his wife Linda have become so successful. Hes detail oriented, understands what it means to listen to his clients, and comes up with creative solutions to get deals done. I also admired his devotion to his friends and family. The Red Wings... Not so much 😂. Seriously, Gary and Linda are a great choice for whatever they can help you with.

Linda and Gary were fantastic to work with and we highly recommend them!They worked with us for almost two years as we prepared for our move from Chicago to Dallas. I have known Gary for many years and while it wasnt through real estate it did begin in a business capacity. Gary is meticulously organized, extremely thorough, direct (in a good way) but what sets him apart is his energy and positive attitude. He is very realistic always working hard to overcome obstacles and is great thinking outside the box. I know Linda through Gary and for sure they make an excellent team that will work hard for you to accomplish your goals.If ever I need realtors in the North Texas area I would for sure use them.

I cant recommend Linda enough!!!! We brought our first home with her in November 2019. We went to go see a house and had Linda take us to go see it. We didnt like it so even though we only had time scheduled to see that one house, I looked at Zillow right there and then and ask Linda, would you mind taking us to this other house that I just came across and we can check it out? She cancelled her plans she had after and took us to this house and we fell in LOVE. She helped us throughout the entire process. She made it so stress free. We didnt know much about buying houses and mortgages and she helped us with it all. We love Linda!! Fast forward 9 months... we got the crazy idea to get a lake house far out from our stomping grounds of Dallas. We called Linda and sure enough she met us 1.5 hours away to see this lake house and we just closed and moved in a few days ago!!!!! If you want a seamless, stress free process YOU NEED LINDA. I sound like a sales person but I really cant recommend her enough! We will recommend Linda to anyone we can!

Met Linda & Gary at a graduation party, but we had two other realtors asking us to list, but before all of that, we had someone offering us a cash price and those folks we realtors, so they were going to write the contract themselves, so when we mentioned this to Linda, she immediately offered to review the contract on my behalf “Free Of Charge” the following day, those folks decided to back out, but after talking with Gary and Linda and their willingness to review the offer as a courtesy, they were the realtors we felt had our best interest at hand. They came out the following day, had photos done the next day (Friday) and the house went live that evening, and a open house the following morning BTW, The photos they had taken were amazing, and the details of our home were impeccable. The entire process from the evaluation to a contract 3 days. We actually had an offer 30 mins after listing but they advised us to give it a few days and at least have the open house. I highly recommend The Bale Group if your interested in selling your home.
