Karla and her team at Azuri Group are amazing! They pay attention to every detail in the home buying/selling process. Even ones they don’t have too, like the fact that I am vegan. They sent me vegan snacks the week I was packing! They also explain everything and help you understand the how and why of all the steps. Karla and victor were amazing as being first time homeowners. I didn’t know what to expect or expectations from me. I live in San Antonio and during our active home searching process one or both were always available for showings, which is kinda one of the reasons I like the duo rather than an individual Realter. Through the closing process I was able to contact them for specific lending questions and they were able to contact the prior home owners agent for questions immediately and not days later after being under contract. I was recommended to them by a friend and I would do the same and when we upgrade again will most definitely give them first opportunity.

Buying and finding a home at the top of the market was not an easy task. Karla was very professional as well as personal. My stresses were high as my criteria needed to be met. Karla is not only a fantastic realtor, she is an excellent support system. ANYTIME there was a house we wanted to see Karla moved fast as houses were flying off the market. She negotiated and helped us to obtain the home of our dreams, working hard to make sure things like repairs were fair. They are Great people working hard for you!! In age where everyone depends on the internet these people still make communication easy!! They were very patient with all of our requests. We stopped in town one day to see a house and they had a vacation planned and with the plane waiting they still stopped to show us a house!! I would highly recommend asking them which area is best for you to find that new home. They know central Texas very well!! Even after we picked the house out the mortgage company made such a mess of all the paper work that Karla had to step in and help dot all of the Is.. Even now that were in our dream home they are still answering all of our questions!!

You will not find a harder working group, ALWAYS enthusiastically working for you, even when the rest of the world is sleeping.
