Excellent all the way around. I have been renting from Awright for almost 3 years now and its been the most enjoyable experience. All repairs were taken care of within a reasonable amount of time and even with my busy schedule . Small or large they had my well being in mind and helped me with anything I needed , even helped me find contractors for my own appliances . I recommend them if you are renting or buying . Sunny was a pleasure to see everytime . Very professional and accommodating

I rented a townhome through this company for two years. I even had the pleasure of meeting the townhome owner. Ms Shirley and Ms Sunny has always respond to me in a timely matter. I only called them for one issue, the garage opener. And it was replaced the next day. My place was perfect. And I have zero complaints about AWright.

We rented from Awright for 2 years and never had any issues. The office manager was responsive and attentive. A/c went out once after hours on the weekend(of course) last year and she made sure someone came out within a few hours to fix it.

They came right on time. They were brief, down-to-earth & easy to deal with. I am almost to the end of my lease, and the stay at the rental home has been most pleasant. I was fortunate enough to not be affected by the storm and therefore did not suffer many issues during 2017; however, the one that I did was minor and taken care of in a timely fashion. Im looking forward to future negotiations.

When I have had any trouble in the last year they were quick to get help with AC ect .. & have helped me to keep my lease going & together make things work .
