My husband and I sporadically saw houses with Linda for a few months (which would be annoying to some realtors) but no, she was always so willing to help us… fast forward and we bought our dream home in the perfect location through Linda! She actually beat out multiple offers and we weren’t even the highest offer, because she’s an amazing negotiator!Then we decided to sell our previous home through Linda as well. We didn’t want to budge on price… within less than 4 days our home in McKinney was under contract… within less than a month we closed. I cannot thank her enough for her dedication and expertise at what she does! She will always go out of her way to advocate for you which is hard to come by now a days. If you need a realtor for both buying or selling a home Linda is your girl! She is so pleasant and not pushy like you see with other realtors. We had an amazing experience with her and would recommend her to everyone! We also cannot thank her enough for being so accommodating with all of our schedules.

It was a very pleasant experience with Linda and Sanad Awad. I felt like they are taking all the burden on behalf on me to get me best deal.I was not expecting such a friendly and efficient help from my realtor. Everything was beyond my expectations. Linda and Sanad helped me to get a maximum amount of sellers concession even after lowering the price below the market value. In the whole journey I never felt stressed at all which is very typical in homebuying process. From A-Z, Linda and Sanad has control over everything.One example of their service:The inspector found the HVAC was not running. Sanad negotiated 10K with the seller for that reason, but he later sent a technician who could fix the problem only with $600. It was AMAZING.Sanad showed me a couple of houses that I selected. But he never pushes me on any house and provided his neutral opinion. I have seen other realtors who try to convince the buyer to buy quickly to get the commission faster. I can not appreciate enough their compassion for the buyers and find the best deal.

Five start review for a five star person. Linda Awad is truly one of a kind.My house was on the market for over 120 days with another realtor. Switched to her - and within 6 days, received an amazing offer that I accepted. My only regret was not going with her from the very beginning.She is nice but firm, knows what to do to get the best for her clients. She pushes the envelope - only for her clients, to extract concessions you didnt think were possible. She has their best interest in mind and thinks about herself last.If you are looking to buy or sell, I genuinely, wholeheartedly, recommend Linda!!
