Am so thankful for Jason and Austin Texax Homes.I met Jason at church and decided to Call him up to sell my house and within in 2 weeks I had my house on the market and within 24 hours I had 6 offers and a contract on the house. He told me exactly what needed to be done and we ran with it. He was there for any questions I had before we placed it on the market and answered all questions during the closing process. We went aggressive with the price and the sell exceeded that price. I would recommend Jason for anyone who needs to sell or buy a home. He and his team will work with what ever your needs are. Jason is very honest and Loyal to his clients. I will be using Jason when I am ready to buy another home.

Wonderful experience and high level of professionalism. We are in the process of relocation to Austin area. All those hurdles with remote house hunting could be really difficult. You newer know what to expect. And with Jasons help, this process become much simpler and more pleasant. Within one trip to Austin we were able to find out dream house. He was working with us to narrow down list of houses on the marked that satisfy our requirements and then he dedicated two days of his time for driving us around. And finally he found perfect match for our needs in new construction market. We are so grateful to him for all his help and dedication. God bless him!

Danyel Cake of Austin Texas Homes was recommended to us by a friend when they found out we were selling our house... and boy are we glad they did! Ive been through several home selling/buying experiences and it sucks. Good thing we had Danyel there to do all the legwork and take us through it! She is very professional and personable, very knowledgeable of the process, and super accommodating. No matter when we asked, she always made herself available to show our existing home or show us new homes we considered buying. When we went to look at houses, she came prepared with all the detailed background and statistic info on the homes, which came in super handy while we looked. At the end of the day, we walked away with a quick sale of our old home and a satisfied buy of our new home.
