We were represented by Karen Cleveland on the purchase of a home a few months ago. We were from out of state, so I took one trip to Dallas to see a few houses and so Karen could get a feel on the style we were looking for. In a matter of a couple of weeks she found the perfect house for us. It wasnt in an area I had previously considered, so she knew better than me that this could really work for us. The house had just come on the market, and Karen went to the trouble of travelling 30 minutes to go see the house on our behalf since we were still living out of state. She sent us thorough videos and made us so comfortable with her information and attention to detail, that we made an offer on the spot, sight unseen! We were immediately in a multiple offer situation and we were able to win out. I have no doubt that Karens professionalism and genuinely bright personality were as big of a part of us winning the house, as the offer that we made. She is a gem of a human and an absolute pleasure to work with. We were also very impressed by her knowledge of the real estate market in general, including good contacts for inspections/fixes, knowledge of contractual ins and outs, and general ability to negotiate professionally. I 11/10 recommend Karen and Astra Realty!

The past year has been a roller coaster for trying to sell my home. Although in the end we didnt sell our home and pulled it back off the market, Karen and the Astra Realty team treated me well. Karen is a top notch realtor and when the market ever recovers and if we eventually put our home back on the market, we will consider giving her another chance. I cant fault her or the team for our home not selling. We had unique circumstances and she did what I asked of her and more so. The high interest mortgage rates and bad economy have done a number for home sellers in our area. Add in the fact we have so much new construction in N. Texas, it is very difficult to compete with the builders. Overall, Karen was super sweet and such an empathetic and sincere person.
