We worked with Scott and Bill on the sale of our Austin Area home in the Spanish Oaks Community. Their network of relationships with relocation consultants and realtors created early interest in our home which they complemented with their ideas on staging, pictures, video and marketing materials. Our overall experience was just wonderful. We felt throughout the process like we were their only client. They provided an overview of each potential buyer/realtor prior to a showing and then had a follow up session with us after each showing. We sold our home in less than a week from the original listing above our asking price with a cash buyer. The day after the offer was accepted Scott/Bill helped us create a target new home profile and then provided us with a list of homes/communities in the West Austin area. Within ten days of the signed offer for the sale of our home they had helped us find a new home close to our older son and his family that met all of our needs. With their help we were able to move up the closing date on the sale of our home and then helped us negotiate a cash offer for the purchase of our new home. Over the years we have built and sold seven homes and three condominiums. Our experience with Scott/Bill is the best that we have had in our 50 years together and will choose to work with them on any future home sale/purchase. We feel so fortunate to have found them. We remain close friends and would highly recommend their services to any home buyer or seller!

Our experience with Astor & Longwood was exceptional from start to end! My husband and I worked with Bill to find our first home in winter 2021 at the height of a very competitive seller’s market. At the time, it wasn’t unusual for buyer’s to submit an average of 8+ bids to secure a home, but with Bill’s guidance, we only lost out on 2 other bids before we found our home.We met Scott at the tail end of our home buying process, and his superpower (one of many) is his knowledge about construction and quality materials, which greatly benefited us during the inspection phase.In 2022, they helped one of our dear friends secure her home in Austin as well.

Bill and Scott are two of the very best home sellers in Austin! We have lived in Austin for almost 60 years, and we’ve known lots of good folks, but these two are super competent, highly knowledgeable and well-connected, interpersonally astute, good communicators, hard-working, highly successful, lots of fun and oh so kind. THEY WIll Do All the Work of getting your home ready to sell, gathering all the required documents, planning and pricing, cleaning, staging and photographing, advertising and spreading the word to the right people, and enthusiastically and sensitively showing your home. All along the way they keep in close touch and check with you to see what YOU want and need. (We got daily emails about the showings and peoples’ reactions. Can you imagine how comforting it is to know exactly what is going on with your home as you wait?) Then they manage the closing arrangements with an excellent title company, and suddenly the job is done! Bill and Scott are delightful gentlemen with impeccable manners, but they are also highly ethical in everything they do. You KNOW that you can trust them to take care of your interests, to make sure they are representing what you want, to make sure you understand everything, and be absolutely squeaky clean in following all required regulations. Our situation involved our being out of state during much of their work, and Bill and Scott went way above and beyond the normal requirements to help us out. One last but important fact: they are masterful at understanding the market, and they will definitely help you get that right price.

Also, it never hurts to have an element of fun with your realtors.:) They walked the journey with me, and got excited as I made new discoveries in the home search process.I would recommend them as realtors,as they took the time to listen to my concerns and answered questions that I brought up. We all aware how a bad realtor can cost us but we also are aware how the right realtor can make all the difference with the outcome of purchasing a home. I started my home shopping shortly after arriving in Austin. Stumbled on Bill and never looked back. He is high energy, smart, trustworthy, knowledgeable and always available. He is excellent at assisting you through the pros and cons of a property and very informed in detail of the Austin area. We closed on a short sale which is not an easy process and he was there every step of the way. Through the process he never loss his sense of urgency to keep the sale moving. I took his advise on a mortgage broker as well, Prodigy, who was outstanding. Whether you are selling or buying you will feel like his only client. He gets it done.
