We had such a great experience with Summer Mills while shopping for our new home. She was helpful and patient,always made our excursions fun. Then , was so professional helping us through the purchase ,and then the closing.She knows her business and is good at it. We are older and have bought several properties over the years,even so it was to our benefit to have Summers guidance,as legalities are ever changing.Its a blessing to have a great real estate agent on your team.

These guys are Great!!!!!I was buying a home from out of state and only wanted to make limited trips to accomplish everything. Sumner and Hanna went out of their way to ensure that the seller took care of all issues and made the buying process as smooth as possible and ensured that I was able to move into my new home earlier than expected... Assent Real Estate, Inc. and Summers entire staff have been Angels sent from Heaven. Being in the Military has its challenges of keeping busy. Summer and her staff has helped me patiently and professionally search for the right property and they took the initiative to make sure that everything was up to par. I am so happy that I chose Assent Realtor, because of their knowledge of the market and its swings. My advice is for a buyer or seller is to chose Assent because they are on top of their Game. Your Real Estate stress will dissolve when working with Summer and the team. I give them 10 stars.

We moved to Wichita Falls at the end of 2023. Our mortgage company, Veterans United, recommended Jennifer because of her experience dealing with VA financing. Jennifer is always ready to help. When the sale of our house in Nebraska fell through, Jennifer negotiated a lease and early occupency of the house we were in the process of buying. She helped make our lease payments affordable because we were still making payments on our other house.After we finally sold our other house she worked with our mortgage company and the title company to make our closing seamless! She even showed up at the closing with a box of delicious cookies for us.We cant say enough about our experience with Assent Real Estate and Jennifer McGrath. Im sure this our forever home but, if we were to move again, Jennifer would be the one I would want to work with again!

Summer and her husband, Mark, are great folks! I greatly appreciate the hard work they put into helping to sell a home or buy a home. I have had to sell two homes and buy a home. They know their business well. They are professionals. And Summer and Mark are very resourceful with any need one may have from home repairs to yardwork even pool repairs and deep house cleaning. I really appreciate their help especially when it is a difficult process like having to sell due to a death in the family. I definitely reccomend Summer for selling your home or buying your new home! My wife and I PCSd and needed to look for a place to purchase. We initially found a home that we wanted to see and, by the luck of the draw, Hauna was our agent. From the get go, she was honest and upfront about everything, which really helped us in deciding which homes were good and ones that were not that great. Every question we asked, Hauna was able to get an answer quickly. When in difficult times, such as paperwork mishaps, Hauna pushed other parties to get it done and always kept us in the loop. She was also very patient with us in the 15 or so houses that we looked at in a week. She made time for us at any point throughout the day. There was not a moment where we didnt trust her and we would absolutely recommend her when buying or selling a house.

I wanted a place where I could make my forever home and settle down after more than a handful of years of service. I was looking for someone to understand what I like and look for in a property, experience and even to be able to go above and beyond to assist me with the process of purchasing a property. I chose Jennifer McGrath because she was not only professional, and experienced in her field, she always went out of her way to answer questions for me and to assist myself with looking over paperwork and everything. Even to do virtual tours together. She’s super friendly, smart, and well connected in the community to get all the help you may need. I valued how she worked around my schedule and time difference. Hauna was our realtor! We originally started looking for a rent home and the way she hit the ground running for us was simply astonishing! We were long distance so it made things difficult but she tackled everything with ease. After many tries with renting nothing panned out, we reached for the stars and decided to try and buy! She didn’t skip a beat! We found a home quick and she walked us through every step and kept us up to date with everything! Answered every question we had!
