Ive worked with Sherry for almost 4 years now, after conversations with multiple great agents and deciding she was who I wanted to work with the most. It has been a great experience, whether buying/selling with her or having her team handle property management in between. She also puts on a monthly REI meeting where Ive learned a lot from the guest speakers and been able to expand my network as well. Real estate is full of surprises (often not good ones) but I always feel like Sherry has my best interests in mind when were tackling something together.

Sherry became the property manager of our rental in 2017. She knocked on the door to personally introduce herself! She is great with communicating with her tenants for maintenance requests and works quickly to get them resolved. She expedited home repairs when our pipes burst from the recent snow storm! We look forward to working with Sherry when we are ready to purchase our first home.

Sherry is a phenomenal agent and property manager. When we first started investing in 2016 Sherry was the person who helped us get started. As many do we attended many REI meetings and read many books but until meeting Sherry it was all wishful thinking and no action. She has been a trustworthy business partner and adds value with her vast experience. Real estate investing is work and Sherry helps you avoid the pitfalls of being a new investor. She has many resources/contacts she shares that improve your chances of success. She also manages all of our properties(7 doors). Property management is hard work and Sherrys company delivers great service to our tenants. She is a top performer and we continue to grow our business because of her help.

Sherry is the best in the business. Context: I have been an owner of multifamily properties which she has helped me purchase and manage over the past 4 years. Her level of energy and drive is unmatched. She will fight for you when buying, because she herself is an investor. On property management, she thinks like an owner and acts as if your property were hers. Im lucky to have found her and she has helped grow our business in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

I have rented in the DFW area for several years. To say that Sherry with Aspire is anything less than a great landlord would be a flat out lie. The property was well maintained. Any maintenance issues were handled promptly. But most importantly it felt like a home because of the relationship with Sherry. It was nice to know that if I needed anything for the property all I needed to do was reach out and it would be handled. Unlike the other landlords Ive had, it was always a constant worry if things would be fixed and fixed properly, not with Aspire. I cannot recommend Sherry or Aspire enough. It was nothing, but a great experience.

I have lived in 2 properties managed by Aspire Realty and would stay forever if I was not buying a home. They have been extremely professional, they get repairs made quickly and you can call or text them directly anytime. I have loved being a tenant in their units that they keep up very nicely. I highly recommend living in one of their properties.

This is the great lease company to go through my lease agent ms sherry and the owners of the company are great they fix everything as well also on time. As well as its easy access to pay the rent mrs sherry is a great lease agent she always on time and figure things out my family is going to lease again from them when i lease is up they got a long lasting tent in my family.
