Ashton helped me as I had a long term tenant leaving one of my rental properties and was weighing the decision of whether to sell or lease again. Once I decided to keep the property Ashton went above and beyond to get the property show ready with great referrals to painters and landscapers and then manage the listing and applicant screening. We were able to quickly get it rented at top of market rate. Highly recommend Ashton for anything real estate related.

Ashton, one half of the Real Estate Heavyweights, is super knowledgable and witty. The conversation between Ashton and Tavis, the second half of the Real Estate Heavyweights, makes it feel like youre having a beer with them while listening. From flipping houses to remodels along with investing in shopping strips; these guys cover it all. Highly recommend.Also shout out to Ashton for facilitating a smooth and easy residential home deal for my first time home buyer little sister.

Ashton is hands down the premier #1 realtor in Frisco, Plano, anywhere in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Thanks to him I was able to find the perfect home for my family. His knowledge, willingness to go above and beyond, and over all pleasant character made buying my home a breeze. I was originally interested in the Rockwall area, after his suggestion to check out a local restaurant in Frisco (and while there to checkout that area) I fell in love... I really owe so much to this guy! Hes only ever pointed me in the right direction even in situations that might go against his own best interest. As a person thats done more than a few real-estate deals with more than a few realtors I can tell you whole heartedly hes one of the few great ones.
