Salman Ashraf of Ashrock Realty did an outstanding job assisting me in my Parmer Village Townhome purchase. Salman is very knowledgeable in the real estate market, has great experience in Austin and the surrounding areas, is a top notch negotiator, and makes himself extremely available to his clients. Whether is was the property showings, the meetings with other agents and sales representatives, the initial walk through, or the final walk through, Salman was always available to represent me and my best interests. I had the pleasure of working with Salman Ashraf of Ashrock Realty to find an investment property in Round Rock Texas. In spite of a challenging sellers market, through his diligence and expertise, he found the perfect property that met my budget and investment criteria. From initial contact to closing, Salman was available to me by phone and email at all times. I really don’t remember when was the first time I met Salman but am very certain I know him for over 10 years. We used to work together in the same company. I managed to own two properties in Austin, TX and didn’t want to sell them as I took a new job in Minnesota and had to relocate with my family. I was worried about all the hassles to maintain a rental property especially when I was out of town.I hired Salman to maintain my two properties in Austin. That’s the best hiring decision I ever made in my life. Salman always goes above and beyond and takes care very well my two properties. I don’t have any headache’s at all. I never had to receive any calls from the renter. If there are any problems, Salman will find contractors and negotiate the cost of repair on my behalf and always keeps the cost very low. The best part is he takes care of all marketing and finding new renters after lease expires. My houses were never in the market without renter for over a month. He is the best property manager and I highly recommend him. You will certainly have peace in your mind.

Ashrock Realty helped me with the purchase of my 1st investment property. The experience was phenomenal. Salman and I sat down and reviewed my investment goals along with plans. He provided good insights into the housing market and possible options for me. We had a successful bid accepted and we closed without any issues. In most cases, this would be the end of the deal, but what happened next is where Ashrock really shined for me.Ashrock took care of all the remodeling using its vast network of professionals. The prices were competitive and Salman personally oversaw the work. He kept me abreast of all work and conferred with me on any major decision. The process was hassle free and provided me with peace of mind. I found Salman while I was looking to relocate to Austin area quite frankly I reached out to multiple realtors to who can help me however Salman was the only realtor who called me back promptly. He is very responsive and helpful in many aspects which goes beyond your typical real estate transaction. His network of business associates and partners were all pleasant to deal with. A prime example is the moving company he recommended, not only they were awesome and reasonable from a cost stand point but these guys were careful towards my belongings and did not waste time.He took the time to understand my requirements and presented with pros/cons of shortlisted homes. I find his knowledge of the area extremely impressive he knew right off the bat which neighborhood I would desire. I find him an intelligent individual who strategically puts you in the right place first time around. I had no issues getting the house which I really liked since he guided me on lot of the prep work ahead from the approvals standpoint. I personally recommend Salman as he truly enjoys what he does and he cares about helping you getting the home of your dreams!

I was in the market for an investment property. I could not find any property that fit my budget until I talked to Salman about it. In a few days he brought me a list of properties that fit my criteria. I was surprised how the other realtors I was working with before never presented this list to me. Salman has in depth knowledge of how the market works, what to expect from an investment property. He answered all my concerns until I was satisfied. We finalized the contract on the investment property 15 days after we started the process. I have never experienced a fast turnaround like this before. Salman has a network of vendors he works with at competitive price that helped speed up the entire process from start to finish. Salman even had 3 potential tenants ready to move in a week before closing. It’s been over a year now with the same tenant that Salman placed. Overall, it was a great experience working with Salman.

We approached Ashrock Realty for an an investment property in Austin. From the get go I found Salman to be very detail oriented and proactive. Salman has been serving the Austin area for quite some time and the experience showed. He immediately pin pointed some options and made sure we were getting the best price for our selected house. Professionalism is very important to me and I found Salman to excel in this respect. He was always responsive in communications and easy to work with. In the end we are very satisfied with the purchase and the level of service received.

Salman Ashraf is a great guy who will take his time to help you get informed about your needs as home owner who is looking for a renter. I had a hoarder that ruined my house and hadnt no clue how to rent out my property properly once I finished all the fixings. He got me a renter within the month and took care of the contracts and details to prepare the house for the renter. hes a no sense guy who will always look out for you best interest. payments and up keeps to the house were always maintained and on time. I couldnt thank him enough for helping my maintain my invest since Im all the way in San Francisco, CA. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a property manager or wiling to buy or sell your home.
