We have used Ashoka Lion in Dallas over the last 4 years for our two rental properties and have been very happy with the results. Joshi Joseph is our property manager, and he is amazing at vetting tenants. He always finds people quickly, and they are very high quality (ie they take care of the property like its their own and are not high maintenance). I would strongly encourage anyone looking for a company to manage their rental properties to use Ashoki Lion.

They have notified us of any repairs or other services that were needed in a timely manner and they have qualified professionals for repairs or leasing a vacant property for you if needed.
