We worked with Ashoka Lion and Joshi Joseph at a property where we were the renters. Joshi was a fantastic property manager. He helped us negotiate with the property owner on our initial lease to hold it for us to make our move dates work. Upon moving in there was a very thorough inspection with photo documentation that allowed for us to know exactly what was and wasn’t new damage when moving out.Any time we had issues with the house Joshi was quick to have someone come and take care of the problem. He was also very interested in my feedback on the contractors and would take that into consideration on future needs.I really feel that he cares equally for the property owners, the property itself, and the tenants. For that reason I’d highly recommend his services.

Two Facts:1. Quality care and service is hard to find.2. Moving is no joke and a pain in the a**Ashoka Lion made moving in and out of our condo the best experience!Joshi was incredible to work with! We moved into our condo in 2019 and he was very communicative, helpful and took the time that was needed to get us into our new place successfully.We really appreciated the communication and the honesty which made us feel really good about signing our names on the lease.One thing I truly appreciated about working with Joshi and this company is that anytime we needed something or if anything minor came up Joshi would take care of it as if it were a huge issue. He was very responsive and again I might sound like a broken record but he actually cared to help us out when needed.When we moved out earlier this year, he also made sure that process was as easy as possible. Ive had the pleasure of working with Joshi and Ashoka Lion over the past two years and entrusting them with the care of our rental property in Dallas. My experience with Joshi and Ashoka Lion has far surpassed my expectations. We decided to work with Joshi because he was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, trustworthy. During the last two years, he has never missed a beat and has kept us informed regarding all issues pertaining to our property, as well as looking out for our best interests when selecting tenants, rather than trying to quickly rent the property. His communication is top notch, as he frequently replies within hours. He also has a very deep understanding of property law and code in the city of Dallas. We would pick Joshi and Ashoka Lion again without hesitation.

I used Ashoka lion Consulting to manage my property at Rockwall over a year. Joshi Joseph, my property manager did a fantastic job consistently. He is very responsive and always give me up-to-date information about what happens to my property. He will notify me regarding any repair that need to be done and explain the job thoroughly and clearly. He will follow through the repair and let you know the progress. He also provides his professional review to help you understand and assess what is need to be done and will never force you to do anything I have own other properties but by far joshi is the one that I can totally rely on and rest assured that my house is in good hand. I recommend him to any landlord.

Joshi is just a phone call away and extremely detail-oriented and communicative when you need to stay on top of all details to your investment. At the same time, hes pro-active, fast and highly reliable in taking care of all sort of small details so you can stay a bit hands off with peace of mind. Relying on another source to handle my rental property was not the best decision Ive ever made; Choosing Ashoka Lion as my property management company was. I didnt have to worry about finding a person for repairs. They took care of everything and never made my tenant wait. They took responsibility for all the calls and complaints. Joshi promptly replied to my texts and emails. My unit had to pass local code of compliance requirements before theyd lease my condo. I highly recommend renting out your property with a management company. They cut out the usual aggravations that happens between landlord and tenant.If I ever decide to lease my condo again, Id definitely go with Ashoka Lion.

First, let me start by saying this review is LONG overdue. Joshi was my property manager from 2012 up to when I sold my property in 2017. While he was my property manager, he was very easy to work with. I lived out of town so having somebody to depend on and take care and stay on top of my property management needs was essential. My property was never vacant. He was always able to find a reliable tenant that cared for the property as much as I did. I never had any issues with the condition of the house when the tenants would move out. Fortunately, there were no major issues with the property while he was managing but when something would pop up, he was very prompt and responsive. He had multiple recommendations for everything from plumbers to fencing contractors. When it came time to sell my house, he switched hats from Property Manager to Realtor and the transition was seamless. He was always available to answer my questions regardless of the time of day; he would answer all of my phone calls and emails and would provide regular updates throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable about the market and made the whole process as smooth as possible. Even though they are a smaller company, I am very pleased with the service I received while Joshi was my property manager/realtor. I would definitely recommend Ashoka Lion Consulting!

Competent, Professional, and Responsive.A few of the words that come to mind when thinking of the service we experience with Ashoka Lion Consulting are competent, professional, and responsive.Joshi kept our properties up to code and was willing to work with our preferred service providers, but his contacts with HVAC and other providers helped remedy situations more quickly than would have been possible relying only on ours.The companys internet portal helped up keep up with the properties and while there were a few glitches generating a couple of reports these were quickly resolved with a phone call.One of the things I appreciated was that Joshi was fair with both the owner and the tenant.When it became beneficial to sell our houses Joshi stepped in as a real estate agent to put the houses on the market; this after helping us get the houses ready to sell.We would use Joshis services again without hesitation.

From our first communication over the phone, Joshi impressed me as someone who actually have the best interest of both landlord and tenant in his heart. He took the time to learn about my property and patiently explained his approach of property management to make sure we are a good match. He also met me at the house to inspect the property and gave me helpful advice and guide as much as he could as a professional property manager. Although I ultimately decided to sell my property instead of renting it out (given the current hot market), if I were to have any investment property in Dallas in the near future, I would hire Joshi with absolutely no hesitation.

I have condo that Joshi at Ashoka Lion helped me rent out. It’s been 6 years now with the same renter. From the very beginning Joshi is extremely professional and hardworking. I had kept my condo vacant for good period of time because I did not want issue Or headache of bad tenant before I permitted Joshi to rent it out. Joshi has been Excellent. He found a great tenant. If any issues have surfaced, (ie air conditioning issue) Joshi has gone to the condo, waited for whatever repair needs to be completed and handled it. Joshi has also done the leg work if HOA needed contacting and being dealt with. I would not have kept my rental if it cost me to much time, ect....but peace of mind provided by Joshi is worth the monthly fee paid. I have referred him to my friends. One of my friends had Joshi rent her house out. She had the same experience I did with him. Joshi makes the time to deal with my condo issues if any so I don’t have to. I strongly recommend him.

We have had a great experience with Ashoka Lion Property Management Company and their Dallas Representative, Joshi.Joseph. We were not very experienced in handling the rental of our property on our own and had many difficulties at first. Once we found Joshi and were able to turn the process over to a professional real estate company it took a great burden off of our back. They handle all aspects including marketing for tenants, handling the leasing arrangements, managing the property as it relates to any maintenance issues that come up, collecting rent and auto depositing into our account. They also provide the tax information needed on a yearly basis to properly report in our tax return. The tenants appear to be pleased as well. Ever since we hired Joshi we have had no tenant turnover.

Unfortunately, we had to move after our lease was up due to a change of jobs.We are both in agreement that we received an exceptional level of service from Joshi and Ashoka Lion during the time of our lease. Our rent price was reasonable, work orders were handled in an efficient and effective manner, and communication with Ashoka was very fluid.Our philosophy is that if you are a good tenant (pay rent on time, respect the property, follow property management rules) that you should be treated with the same respect by them, and that was definitely the case with Joshi and Ashoka Lion.Two thumbs up, would definitely recommend using Joshi and Ashoka Lion.

Im an individual owner of 3 rent house properties. For years I managed things myself and when circumstances took me out-of-town I found I could no longer do so. I had to find someone with experience, competent, trustworthy with good judgment, who could manage me as well as the tenants. After interviewing several candidates and companies, I elected to go with Mr. Joshi Joseph of ASHOKA LION Property Management. I have been thoroughly satisfied with the results. Quick to communicate and update, professional and knowledgeable in every way about rental matters, Joshi and his Team at Ashoka Lion understands when to be tough and to what degree to push. New tenants were found at fair market rental rate for an extended term. Ashoka Lion representation from both tenant and owner perspective has been excellent and truly highly recommended.

Wonderful service, timeliness, honesty, and professionalism.Joshi Joseph with Ashoka Lion has been the property manager for our Townhome rental in Dallas (Oak Lawn area) for the last 2.5 years. This was our first time to the rental business and we were super nervous at first — would we find a renter quickly, would the renter be a quality tenant, would the tenant be satisfied with responsiveness to issues that arise, and would the property manager have our best interest in mind. After 2.5 years I can — with 100% satisfaction, confidence, and certainty — recommend Ashoka Lion and Joshi Joseph, specifically, as a wonderful property managers. I’ve never worked with anyone in the home/home improvement industry that have been as prompt, reliable, and honest. He takes time to explain and provides honest guidance (which was super helpful being new to and skeptical about the rental game). And when he says he’s going to do something, he does it. I cannot tell you how much a RELIEF it is knowing that I don’t have to carry mental load or need to check up/follow up if things are getting done promptly and properly. I highly recommend Ashoka Lion for property management. We own a townhouse in Richardson and researched several property manage companies. We are completely satisifed with the ease of doing business with Ashoka Lion and their responsiveness. Joshi Joseph is thier local representative and he is terrifc to work with. They found us a great tenant within a week. Their web presence is strong and reaches a wide audience. They have local service providers for all of your repair needs. We do not live in TX at the present time and we rely on Ashoka Lion and Joshi to manage our property.
