Ashley is incredible to work with. I’ve purchased several homes but never have I had an experience quite like the one working with her when we sold and purchased our most recent in 2022. She is so detailed and organized and thought of things I never would have. Having her in your corner during the process is a tremendous asset to any purchase or sale. She explains things in a way that’s easy to understand and makes sure you know exactly what’s going on every step of the way. Thank you Ashley for making our experience great!

What can my Husband Myron and I say about Mrs. Black. One word could not sum up her EXCELLENCE, The PROFESSIONALISM, Friendliness, and THE LOVE SHE SHOWED US AS COMPLETE STRANGERS. WE NEVER had to call and ask a question on what is going on with our loan. She was always on prompt and on top of it, doing the research and making us feel at ease on anything that might come our way. In the past with another Realtor we had issues of them never communicating, never had time for us we had to ask all the questions and it was heartbreaking that we went through these issues with the other Realtor, and right when my Husband and I wanted to give up, I saw a Picture of Ashley and reached out to her and she went to bat all the way for us.
