Kate did an amazing job advising on us as to what upgrades were needed in our home in order to sale. She is by far one of the most patient people I have ever encountered. Her knowledge of the housing market, and realty in general, was paramount to selling this home before it even hit the market, as well as selling another home within 24 hours of being on the market. She is awesome and I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling!!
