    CALL ARNOLD FIRST!Being a novice to the reality game, my wife and I were nervous when it came to selling our house. But Arnold put us at ease from the start. To be honest, Arnold was not our first choice when it came to choosing a real estate agent. However, he should have been. He laid out his plan on how he was going to sell our house and stuck to it.     I purchased my home mid 2021 in Rio Hondo by the end of that year things in my life had changed to where I was looking to tentatively list my recently purchased home. Doing a Google search of top realtors in my area Mr. Arnold Celis & his team was at the top, I reached out to him and explained my situation to include letting him know I wasnt ready to sell but wanted to test the waters Mr. Arnold Celis put some numbers together and emailed me later that same day & gave me a call to also explain the numbers. Even though I wasnt ready to list the home he mentioned that he was happy to work with me even if I didnt use his services in the future. As I mulled selling or renting I reached back out to Mr. Arnold Celis and surprisingly he remembered me.
