When we bought our house in 2014, I didn’t think we’d be selling it so fast. I fell in love with this home immediately. But things change and we needed more space. We are in the process of building our dream home. As a result, we had to put our home for sale. I can not recommend Armani enough! This was my first time selling a home and so I didn’t know what to expect. Armani was patient with all my questions and always responded timely. He put a plan into action and soon we were getting offers. Initially we sold our home quickly but that contract fell through. He wasted no time and next day we had multiple offers. We found another buyer and were able to close on the same original day. This whole experience although stressful, went pretty smooth with the help of Armani. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, he is your guy!
