Armadillo Properties-Copperas Cove Office Review. They hired a bang up plumber-Blassingame- when I pointed out a small leak in front of the apartment. This was after tree work was done in the area. Well it all got dug up and fixed in one day. Thank goodness as the leak grew bigger over the weekend. Great job!

After 4 years, I found they did much for me. We did have our miscommunication (nobodys perfect) but overall they worked with me. Occasionally I had to remind them that I had an open maintenance ticket (squeaky wheel), and I think thats because they have so many properties. Whenever I asked for an upgrade, they did take the request to the owner who seemed very fair and considered my request. I enjoyed working with the majority of their employees.

The place was a great place to reside at...we had good neighbors☺️. The apartment had a few issues as far as cleanliness and a few wear and tear nothing that we couldnt handle. Otherwise it was a great experience living there for 2 years. The Armadillo admin was very kind and understanding, never had any issues with them, any issues as far as maintenance bthey were very good in fixing the issues ASAP... I do recommend Armadillo Properties.😁

I am a new tenant and there were a few things I weren’t satisfied with my house and I let them know and they fixed everything immediately and I am very pleased and grateful with the company they are responsive and very helpful I would recommend anyone to rent with Armadillo property! They are wonderful.

I was trying to handle business and teach my class, they worked with me and reassured me the entire process. Im grateful to them for being fair in the process of helping renters find a decent place to live in these times. Very grateful, it was all about business.

Excellent properties, great management! Daniel and Lashonda are great. They took care of my family, when we were moving. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to live.
