We have known Debra Dunn for last two years when she helped us buy our investment property and then eventually also helped us in getting a great tenant for the property.In both these transactions, Debra was absolutely professional, cooperative and at the same time very warm, easy to talk to realtor. In one of the property hunting drives, Debra perhaps covered 100 to 150 miles in one day, going from one extreme end of Houston to another, and all the time she was driving with a smile on her face, not an iota of complain. This investment property, because of help of Debra, we were able to finish the transaction, the quickest. In 2021, real estate market was a seller’s market. Debra made sure that our offer will get the first take on the part of landlord. Debra also was able to get us some compensation monies for some issue with the air conditioning of the property. There was no pressure tactics of signing the papers till just before the deal was to be consummated.Then once again, she showed her mettle when she got us an excellent family as a tenant for the property.
