    If I could give Kannika 10 stars for going above and beyond I would! She went out of her way to assist my family and I, even after we moved in. She never gave up on us!     Kannika is amazing. She helped my find my apartment in less than a week. She designed a tailored search with the amenities, location, and price point I wanted and came through with the perfect apartment in less than a week. She kept in constant contact with me and was always available for questions day or night. She communicated with the apartment leasing office for me during my work hours and was able to find a property that allowed me to apply online which makes things very convenient . I recommend her highly.

    I cant begin to express my gratitude to Kannika for her assistance helping us find a great apartment in the midst of this post covid housing dilemma.     I will start this by saying...I NEVER write reviews. But Kannika is AMAZING!!! A lifesaver! THE BEST! I just want everyone to know how much she helped me. I asked she delivered.     Kannika was amazing! Highly recommend. She found us an amazing apartment fir immediate move in that accepted our bad credit and our german shepherd and cat in two days! Then she sayed with us during the whole process a good 4 hours spent at the apartment making sure everything went well. So glad we reached out to her.

    Kannika is amazing!! I needed a place fast for me and my 5 month old but I had two broken leases on my record due to identity theft. No one would take me and the one that would was a very run down place. She found a super nice and safe place for me and my son and we’re moving in two days later. She is awesome!! If you have credit issues they really can help you find somewhere.

    Kannika is very helpful and amazing at what she does! I have reached out to her twice in the past 3 years. Loved the properties she has shown me. Only reason for leaving the first place after 3 years was I needed a bigger flooplan. Both times were a breeze. I was approved same day both times. She is very knowledgeable about what properties have exactly what you are looking for and who will work with your current situation.     Kannika was awesome. I can across her site and I decided to give her a try after I have applied numerous apartments and I have been denied. I have no option than to be sleeping in hotels for work and travel back to Dallas on weekends. I text her and she assured me everything will be alright. In one day she send me few apartments for me to check out. She got me an affordable apartment with garage in less than a day. She took my burden upon her shoulders and did everything for me.     I’m a pretty stubborn guy when looking for help, so when it came time to find a new apartment I felt silly about calling someone to help me find a place. There were multiple things I wanted in a new apartment; 1-bedroom, garage, wood floors, balcony, even white counters if possible. The task of finding me all these things in one apartment surely seemed impossible.Holy smokes I was wrong. Kannika found me an apartment within 24 hours with EVERYTHING I was looking for - including the white counters all within my budget. It was almost like she had it built to my liking. I was impressed to say the least. Kannika has completely changed my opinion on how to find apartments.     Pretty quick helping me find a new place to live, so thank you for that!Only piece of feedback is that when she gave me a list of apartments, she included some that existed outside of the parameters I gave her. It wasnt a problem for me, really, because sorting the ones I didnt want out wasnt too much of a hassle, I just wish she would have explained that she included some extra places for such and such reason when she gave me the list.
