Very professional and highly dependable. Ann is a true professional in Real Estate. I live in Florida and came to Brownwood to help my parents into assisted living and sell their home. Ann was on time and very knowledgeable as she explained the market and comparable properties. As a result, we priced the property just right for the market.I had to return to Florida and Ann took it from there. She showed the property, negotiated with buyers, spent her time meeting contractors at the property for repair work, inspected their work and reported back to me including before and after photos. She met the cleaning crew, also sending me photos.Ann was always available throughout the entire process and communicated every step of the way on what I needed to do remotely. I was able to sign and notarize all documents for closing remotely. She literally saved me thousands of dollars by not having to fly back and forth with long hotel stays. I cannot thank her enough for all that she did for me, and for my parents. She made what could have been a very difficult experience, an enjoyable experience. Thank You Ann!

We got lucky and got connected with Carrie Dunn and she helped my family find a great home at a great price. She stuck with us on our weird schedules and seeing the same house multiple times. Unfortunately almost a year later we had to sell because of an out of state move. Our house went under contract so fast and our 1st and only offer was at asking price! She was very accommodating to our hectic situation and helped me out so much. She has a great photographer as well so you get professional pictures to really show off your home. We recently decided to sell our home of 21 years in May, Texas, and two of our good friends told us they wanted to buy our home. We went to the attorneys and signed a contract with them. About a week later, our friends decided they didnt want to buy our home after all!! Based on the contract we had with them, we had signed a contract for a house in Bryan. Needless to say, we panicked!! We called Ann Jones Realty and Heidi Andrade immediately responded to our frantic phone call for help! She arrived at the house an hour after we called. She totally understood our predicament and was very positive that she could sell our home at the asking price we needed. Heidi was very reassuring and told us we would get through this just fine but we were still so worried that we would lose the house in Bryan. Heidi set everything in motion right away and then our friends called to say they wanted to buy the house after all!! Since we still had a signed contract with them, we called Heidi immediately and explained what had happened and that we would have to take our house off the market before she even had a chance to advertise it! She was extremely understanding and happy for us that the deal was going to go through. Well, about a week later, our friends backed out a second time, leaving us just a few weeks to sell our house before losing the house in Bryan! We again called Heidi and explained the unexpected news and she came right out to see us. She took photographs of the house, put up a huge FOR SALE banner on our front gate and she also arranged for a professional photographer to come out and take even more pictures of the house. She planned on putting the house in the very next Sundays paper and was right on top of the situation! Our house hadnt even been on the market but a day or two when Heidi called to say that the second family that toured the house wanted to buy it at full price, all cash and no home inspection! We could not believe our luck, but it wasnt luck, it was Heidis prompt action to get our house sold so we didnt lose our house in Bryan! She truly moved Heaven and Earth for us and for that we will be eternally grateful. Heidis compassion and positive energy really helped us through what was a horrible event for us. She was so professional and attentive to detail that she made the closing a breeze for us.
