Scarlett is absolutely amazing! My Husband and I moved all the way from Arizona to Texas and we needed a house to rent FAST! She was on it in a flash and helped us find a home in a matter of a week! Scarlett was amazing. She helped us find the right place, and worked with us several weeks ahead of time in setting up tours. We were moving from out of town and had done a bit of research on the front end. We knew enough to have a few properties in mind, but the places we had on our list ended up being more the kind of properties that have to advertise a lot to keep the churn of tenants going. Thanks to Scarlett, we ended up at a place that normally has a wait list, so they dont have to advertise much. Scarlett also confirmed all of our details ahead of time with the other tours to ensure that we would meet with the right leasing specialist at each of the properties. I cant speak highly enough of this company. Ill add one more detail. We normally choose properties on our own, and have had mixed success doing so. Last year we moved to Nashville and did not do enough research to determine that the place we chose was not as great as the advertising and the tour led us to believe. We ended up at a building with bedbugs and having to call the police several times because neighbors were fighting. Thats the risk we didnt want to take again in moving to a new city. Any apartment can put on a good face for a short tour and for their advertising material. You need a real expert like Scarlett to help you separate the wheat from the chaff and to help you find a few of those properties that dont normally list through the typical channels. We are moving to Houston with much more confidence now that we made the right decision on our apartment home, and we owe that to Scarlett who was very professional, courteous, and responsive to all of our communications and questions. I can not say enough about Scarlett. I am new to the area. She researched properties based on my desired area and ‘taste’. She was timely and very friendly. She was more committed to my happiness or satisfaction than just a place that met my minimum specifications. She came out in the rain and even brought her and her husbands little princess with her in keeping her appointments and schedule to ensure me maximum options so I can make a decision I would be happy with. And so on she found the PERFECT place for me, exactly where she felt based on the type properties I showed the most interest, that I would be happiest and fit within my budget.
