In a town with many realtors to choose from, it is nice to have found a company that gives the personal and detailed attention needed when buying or selling a home. We appreciated the time Kasey spent on us. From the pre-visit (phone calls, texts, even a video explaining comparable home sells in our area), to the home visit and explaining the process, through offers, and the final closing, we could not be more pleased with our choice of Anaqua Properties.

She was incredibly transparent with us and always gave us an audience for our desires. She made our complex sale effort stress free and at the time for sale, we had more offers than we knew what to do with. Cannot recommend her services enough. She’s passionate about making sure her clients are happy with the result and you cannot ask for more.

We were represented by Kasey Villareal from Anaqua Properties. My wife and I fired 4 agents before finding her. It’s a tricky business full of disingenuous people. Kasey is one who cares, has all the insight and knowledge at her disposal and was an invaluable asset in us finding and buying our first home. We weren’t out to buy the first home we came across and no matter how many we asked to see she never tried to push us in a home that wasn’t meant for us, in fact she talked us out of a couple homes due to the issues she could see the homes having in the future. We felt like we would never find the right home but Kasey never let us get discouraged, she kept us positive and promised we would find the right one. She was right! We just closed on our dream home and it was well under budget! She makes it feel like you are looking for a home with a friend but when it comes down to negotiations she is as shrewd as they come with no nonsense tactics and keeps you informed with easy to understand advice throughout the whole process and a solid team at her disposal. I could really go on all day with praise, but bottom line it goes to this, don’t short change yourself, hire someone that is willing to go to bat for you every step of the way.
