Going with our realtor, Jane Cummins, was hands down the best decision my fiancée and I made while going through the process of buying our first home. Korin Binder was absolutely amazing! I had low expectations going in, I got very lucky finding her! She made me feel like I was her only client, but I definitely wasnt. All my issues, there was a lot, she made my issues go away! I got to trust her so much, I asked her to be the executor of my estate as my daughter is out of State. I think a lot of her and thankful I found her in my difficult time. Very knowledgeable and makes the right calls in a tough situation, she makes big issues disappear. Ill Never use anyone but Korin!

I cannot rave enough about Amy Downs- Keller Williams Realty. Amy Downs and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Their professionalism, personal approach, and expert knowledge was of great value to myself and my family. We had a complex situation which their agency made very simple for us during a very emotional and stress period. What could have taken six or more months to sell our three-generation family home they accomplished in less than three months. From my experience working with real estate agencies in the past, Amy Downs Team - Keller Williams Realty is ABSOLUTELY amongst the best!

We are extremely impressed and pleased with our experience with Josh Kesterson at the Amy Downs Team. Staring out our search for a piece of acreage in the Southeast Collin county area was daunting. We found Josh as a partner agent with RedFin. My husband and I were skeptical of real estate agents but Josh won us over with his experience, attention to detail and professionalism. We are first-time home builders so we have tons of questions and Josh’s vast knowledge of real estate has been invaluable to us. My husband and I have technical backgrounds and tend to have pretty detailed questions and Josh has helped us navigate them excellently! Thanks to Josh, we have found our dream property!

Josh Kesterson, Emily and Amy Downs went above and beyond for me and my family. Their incredible customer service and knowledge of their field is remarkable! Josh Kesterson listed my home after 15+ years and within only 2-3 days I received a multiple offer situation and signed a contract for $10k over asking price, with a backup offer just in case! From day one (taking pictures) to closing day they provided daily status updates and were just “all hands on” every part of the way! I was even able to utilize their services to obtain a rental lease! I wouldn’t recommend anyone BUT Josh Kesterson or Amy Downs and her Team for all real estate needs!
