    My realtor Brittney, is the best she was always there for me. It didn’t matter what time I called when I called. She never failed not to answer the phone or call me back . If I seen a house that I wanted to look at she was always made time for me to go see that one house, I highly recommend her.     We worked with American Realty for 3 years as property management for our house after we moved away, then also with Nell Linder to sell our house once we decided to stop renting it. Both groups were very helpful and communicated well with us while we were living out of state. They were prompt to respond to issues from tenants (at least from our side), and handled as much as possible on their own. I would recommend working with them again.Nell was really fantastic selling our home— very proactive, involved and motivated. There were several updates we needed to make before putting in the market. We were able to do everything long-distance with her help.     Was a buyer- Moved to the area from central TX and things are VERY different here. From different septics, to windstorm certification pitfalls, to new FEMA flood maps etc. The different federal, state and local government agencies/ bureaucracies and insurance issues are complicated. After working with some other agents in the area we obtained a reference for Kim Beebe of American Realty from Dave Ramsey’s Preferred local providers.Her many years of experience are very apparent. Not only with above mentioned details, but also who to work with in the various agencies. I must also mention that I have never worked with an agent that has firsthand historical knowledge of and is familiar with so many properties in an area. She really steered us clear of some serious issues by avoiding certain properties.But the most important asset is her integrity. One example: The good Shepard- She never hesitated to lead us away from a property, even though it meant losing a much higher commission.
