I had a house that I wanted to rent out and American Real Estate Services made the entire process easy. I live 2.5 hours away and I didnt have to do anything. They showed the place, they found GREAT tenants within about two weeks. The new tenants so far have paid everything on time like clock-work. Ive visited the property a few times after they moved in and she really found some great people, they are taking care of the property the way I would. Thank you for doing a great job. -
