We had an outstanding experience during the selling process of our home with salesman Carlos Soberanis. Carlos was very knowledgeable with the process. Contract was presented to us at a fair price after his careful research of the market in the area as well as the condition of our home. I had an outstanding experience with American Property Buyers in selling my property at 4519 Hoffman Street, Houston, Texas 77026. Carlos Soberanis , the salesman who handled the transaction was very professional. He was very good at answering questions and explaining the sales process to me and the sales contract. I had never sold a property as- is and I was also handling the transaction long distance from Maryland. North Star Title (Ms. Jackie Salinas, Escrow Officer, and Ms. Maria Cruz, Escrow Assistant) was also very professional in handling closing. This investment group is excellent. Very well put together and stayed on top of everything every day. I am a realtor/investor myself and have taken notes on how they run their business. They were all a joy to work with, very laid back but quick to action. I look forward to meeting with them again in years to come in my investments myself.
