As a brand new agent, choosing the right broker was a very difficult decision to make. I wanted to make sure that I was not going to be just another number within the firm. My decision to join Ambiance Realty was one of the greatest decisions I have ever made. Ambiance Realty utilizes the latest technology for marketing, training and enhancing your business. The support, both personally and professionally, that I have received is, without a doubt, the greatest in the industry. Ambiance is not just a firm, it is a family.

As a new agent (less than a year) I chose Ambiance Realty on a friend recommendation, and it was one of the best decisions I have made. What I mostly appreciate is that I have my broker Peerly ready to help and support whenever I need her. The commission split is one of the best in the industry and helps you keep more money in your pocket. For me its a great start and I hope to continue work with Ambiance Realty family for years to come.

I have been following the owner Albert Preciado for a while he has great content in his page .The guy has understanding of real estate and mortgages beyond your knowledge.I have never personally made business with Mr.Preciado ,but the way he carries himself and treats his family is a reflection of his character. Wow !!! I am so honored to endorse Liat Turkia. It was not a long process for Liat to find the right house. Several things that were important for me: back garage, no carpet, 3 rooms and all of this in Frisco . Apparently seems like an impossible combination. Liat jumped on the top of the minimal requirement and with a few days she presented me even a few options . After I picked one , Liat managed whole of the process by her own , including price negotiation , paper work , title and others. During the process Liat behaved like she is looking a house for her own. it was pleasure to buy my 1st house with Liat .
