After experiencing flooding issues at my previous apartment, I was in urgent need of a new home, and Christian, my apartment locator, went above and beyond at every step. Danny and his team were awesome! I reached out after responding to an online ad and we had a conversation about what I was looking for in my apartment search. Within 24hrs, I had a few tours scheduled in the areas I was interested in. The team toured each property with me and worked with management to make sure everything checked off my boxes of “must”. They were persistent in following up with properties and checking in with me daily. Shockingly, this process wasn’t as stressful and time consuming as I had anticipated. From start to finish, this only took about 7-10 days and I was able to secure an apartment with a deposit. Giving my circumstances, that was extremely helpful to have to not worry about all the off work that’s required in finding a place.
