Danielle and her team are absolutely amazing! As you all know the housing market in Killeen is a difficult place to buy right now. We worked with Danielle for nearly 3 months trying to find the perfect house. During that time we lived in several states and countries trying to buy site unseen. But Danielle and her team worked night and day doing YouTube tours and answering any questions we had.During the tours she was very thorough and honest. In fact one of the places she straight up said the house smells like urine and we would have to replace flooring.After looking for 2 months we were against a deadline and starting to get desperate, but she kept us calm and wouldnt let us make any rash decisions. If the house wasnt worth what we were willing to offer she would advise against it (which it was ultimately our decision regardless).Once we finally got an offer accepted she jumped on the house inspection and worked as a great ambassador through the whole process and never let us hanging. She was always a phone call or email away.If youre in the same situation as us (or a local looking for a new place) and have to buy site unseen I highly recommend her as an agent.
